07 Aug Firm Announces New Name, New Practice Areas, and New California Office!
We are delighted to announce that our firm family has expanded! After Adam Wolf’s law firm, Wolf Legal, P.C., merged with our firm, our new firm name is Peiffer Rosca Wolf Abdullah Carr & Kane, L.L.P.
Adam and his team, including Tracey Cowan and Tien Le, will assist the firm with its existing practice and also spearhead the firm’s new practice areas in civil rights, constitutional law, and appellate litigation. Adam has developed a national reputation as a leading civil rights and appellate advocate. He has argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous courts of appeals, and he has been honored with various awards, including being named Attorney of the Year by California Lawyer Magazine.
“Adam and Tracey are superb lawyers, and we’re lucky to be working with them,” said managing partner Joe Peiffer. “We are excited to expand our footprint to California, where I know they will continue their track record of success and obtain justice for our clients.”
Our first filing under the firm’s new name occurred this week, when we filed a petition in the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the City of Reno, Nevada. You can access it here.
