Robert Edward Burns (Rob Burns) is a co-founder of Fourest and has been a registered broker with Cetera Advisor Networks since 2019. Prior to Cetera, Rob Burns was registered with Summit Brokerage Services. According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, he has been the subject of 2 Customer Disputes.

  • August 2018 – Customer Dispute – Settled for $150,000. Allegations included “unsuitable investments, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.”
