Who are Danny Chancellor and Brent Chancellor?

Peiffer Wolf is currently investigating claims against Danny and Brent Chancellor of Malachi Financial and First Allied Securities for their recommendation of REITs and other alternative investments. These complex investment products are often highly illiquid, meaning investors may be stuck and not able to access their money. All too often, investors trying to exit or access their money are faced with two bad options: sell the shares directly back to the sponsor at a heavily discounted price or sell the shares for pennies on the dollar through the limited secondary markets.

As a result, Claimant has not reaped the benefits of investing during what has been a historic bull market, and has suffered significant losses.

Placing Claimant’s portfolio in REITs and other alternative investment products was clearly dangerous to the wellbeing of his investment. At Respondents’ recommendations, over 25% of Claimant’s entire portfolio was invested in REITs and alternative investment, which are illiquid and unsuitable…”
