Peiffer Wolf represents multiple Colin Seibert and Dixon Lewis investors and is currently investigating claims against Colin Seibert and Dixon Lewis of Seibert Lewis Wealth Management and Raymond James. According to our conversations with investors and analysis of investment portfolios, Seibert Lewis investors have lost significant sums of investment funds in various oil and gas investments, limited partnerships, oil and gas REITs, Linn Energy, LinnCo, Energy Transfer LP, Memorial Production, Enterprise Products Partners LP, CSI Compressco LP, Superior Energy Services, and many others.
According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck website for Public Disclosures, Colin Seibert has been the subject of 3 disclosures. All 3 of his customer disputes were closed with no-action.
- January 2021 – Customer Dispute. Allegations include “unsuitable investments, primarily in oil and gas securities”, “reverse churning” and failure to disclose margin use.
- October 2008 – Customer Dispute. Allegations included “customer alleges misrepresentation of features of variable annuity.”
- September 2008 – Customer Dispute. Allegations included “customer alleges broker placed his money in an investment that was unsuitable to his needs and requests at the time of purchase.”
- November 2007 – Customer Dispute. Allegations included “unauthorized purchase of a bond mutual fund.”
